Product Description

· Materials: The body material is available in multiple options, including carbon steel, SUS316L stainless steel, and duplex stainless steel 2205, to adapt to varying degrees of corrosive environments. The valve stems are all made of high-quality stainless steel.

· Structural Design: Available in two valve types: single-body and three-way, flexibly meeting different pipeline layout and process design requirements.

· Operation & Control: Equipped with a pneumatic actuator and supports a fail-safe close function upon loss of air supply, ensuring system safety in the event of a sudden pneumatic failure.

· Special Blade Design: Adopts an elliptical blade (disc) combined with a beveled sealing structure, perfectly solving the problem of thermal expansion and contraction in environments with high temperature differences, and effectively overcoming the phenomenon of incomplete closing caused by carbon accumulation after long-term use. In addition, the beveled closing design significantly reduces the operating torque, effectively controlling the valve cost.

· Zero Leakage in Closed State: Innovatively adopts a double-layer blade structure. When the valve is in the closed state, compressed air is introduced between the double-layer blades to maintain positive pressure, thereby achieving true zero leakage.

· Special Stem Seal Design: Graphite packing rings are scientifically configured between the valve stem and the shaft sleeve. This design serves the dual functions of sealing and lubrication. While ensuring highly reliable sealing, it maintains a low friction torque and extends the service life.
