Product Description

· Core Materials: The valve body, ball, and stem are made of SS304/316/316L precision-cast stainless steel, which is resistant to acids, alkalis, salt spray, and various corrosive media. It carries no risk of impurity precipitation, thereby ensuring fluid purity. The valve seat is made of pure PTFE, and the stem seal is equipped with FKM / FFKM O-rings. This dual-seal design adapts to the sealing control needs of multiple types of media.

· Structural Design: It features a full-port, straight-through structure where the internal channel of the valve body is completely consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline. With no reduced-port obstruction, it achieves high flow capacity. The one-piece welded seal combined with an anaerobic adhesive-free design provides excellent sealing performance, meeting both industrial-grade sealing standards and sanitary-grade application requirements.

· Connection & Drive: Standard connections include clamp (tri-clamp), flange, and thread. No on-site adapters are required, allowing direct connection to various pipelines and adapting to different installation processes. Drive types are available in manual, electric, and pneumatic options, flexibly accommodating the integration needs of both manual operation and automated control systems.
